Plagiarism

Plagiarism is a serious unethical act in the world of scientific research and publishing. In this multi-disciplinary journal, we have a strict policy regarding plagiarism issues. We view plagiarism as a serious ethical violation and strive to prevent, detect and handle cases of plagiarism seriously.

  1. Definition of Plagiarism: Plagiarism is defined as the use of ideas, concepts, words, or work that has been published by another person without giving proper credit and without following appropriate citation guidelines. It also includes reuse of previous manuscripts by the same author without appropriate clarification.
  2. Plagiarism Detection: We use various reliable plagiarism detection tools to check every submitted manuscript. The results of this tool are used as a method to identify possible plagiarism in manuscripts.
  3. Sanctions: If plagiarism is detected in a manuscript, action steps will be taken according to the level of violation. This action may include, but is not limited to, rejection of the manuscript, prohibition of submission of the manuscript by the author concerned for a certain period of time, and notification to the relevant institution or institution.
  4. Citation Guidelines: Authors are expected to follow appropriate citation guidelines and provide accurate references for all sources used in their manuscript. This includes properly citing ideas, text, figures, tables, and data obtained from external sources.
  5. Plagiarism Prevention: We encourage authors to avoid plagiarism by conducting thorough research, citing properly, and ensuring that all contributions from others are transparently acknowledged in their manuscripts.

We are serious about maintaining scientific integrity and research ethics in this Journal of Scientific Interdisciplinary. Plagiarism is an unacceptable act and can damage the author's reputation and the integrity of scientific publications. We hope that all authors and reviewers will support our commitment to combating plagiarism and maintaining high ethical standards in scientific research.
