Reviewer Guide

Inspection Purpose (Review Purpose):

Examiners have the responsibility to assist editors in assessing the quality, originality and relevance of each submitted manuscript. Reviewers also play a role in providing constructive feedback to authors so they can improve their papers.

 

Ethical Principles:

Examiners must maintain the confidentiality of all information regarding manuscripts they receive for review.

The examiner must carry out the examination process objectively, fairly, and without any prejudice.

Examiners must avoid conflicts of interest that could affect the integrity of the audit.

 

Aspects to be Assessed:

Writing Quality: Review grammar, writing style, and clarity of communication in the manuscript. Identify aspects that need improvement in writing.

Originality: Determine the degree of originality of the paper and whether the manuscript makes a meaningful contribution to the research field.

Research Methods: Review the research methods used, whether they are appropriate to the research objectives, and whether the data and analysis are valid.

Relevance: Consider whether the topic of the manuscript fits the scope of the journal and whether the manuscript makes a significant contribution to knowledge across various disciplines.

Paper Structure: Review the outline of the paper, whether the manuscript has a relevant title, an abstract that well explains the contents of the paper, and the selection of appropriate keywords.

 

Inspection Process (Review Process):

Take the inspection task seriously and immediately confirm whether you can complete it within the specified deadline.

Read the manuscript thoroughly and carefully examine every aspect that must be assessed.

Create clear, high-quality inspection notes that include suggestions for necessary improvements.

Avoid comments or assessments that are subjective or discriminatory.

Provide a final recommendation regarding whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected. Give clear reasons for your recommendation.

 

Examination Time (Review Timeline):

Examiners are asked to complete the inspection task within the time specified by the editor. If you encounter obstacles that prevent you from completing your review on time, immediately communicate this to the editor.
