Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi antara kepemimpinan, komitmen organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan dalam konteks transformasi digital di PT Indomarco Prismatama. Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan multifaset antara variabel-variabel tersebut dalam lingkungan ritel modern. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, servant leadership, dan digital leadership memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, komitmen afektif dan komitmen normatif karyawan ditemukan berperan penting dalam mendukung keberhasilan pelaksanaan strategi bisnis, termasuk dalam menghadapi tantangan transformasi digital. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa organisasi yang dapat menyinergikan kepemimpinan yang efektif dengan komitmen karyawan yang kuat lebih unggul dalam hal produktivitas, efisiensi operasional, dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Rekomendasi strategis meliputi penguatan program pengembangan kepemimpinan, adopsi teknologi, dan peningkatan keterlibatan karyawan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan secara berkelanjutan di era persaingan global.
